1. Agreement

By accessing or using Nextcraftai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these terms.

2. Services

Nextcraftai provides developer tooling for managing access to third-party generative AI services. Functionality may change over time without notice.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account or API keys. Notify Nextcraftai immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or build competing services. Abuse of rate limits or attempts to bypass security controls may result in suspension.

5. Data

We process limited data necessary to provide the service, including API usage metadata. We do not store the bodies of payloads sent through managed providers.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage beyond plan limits may incur overage charges.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nextcraftai is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party AI services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextcraftai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time; termination will remove access and delete account data per our retention policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
