Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to the Billing & Plans section in your dashboard
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" or contact our support team
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or plan upgrade
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of the billing period
Annual Subscriptions:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds may be available for unused months beyond the 30-day window
- Contact support for annual subscription refund requests
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Usage-based charges (tokens processed beyond plan limits)
- One-time setup fees (if applicable)
- Enterprise plan customizations
- Services already consumed or delivered
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will appear in your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- For Razorpay payments (India), refunds may take 7-14 business days
- For Stripe payments (International), refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your current plan
- You will be charged the lower rate on your next billing date
7. Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade your plan:
- The upgrade takes effect immediately
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
- Your next billing date will be adjusted accordingly
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of the charge
- Provide details of the disputed transaction
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If the charge is found to be incorrect, a full refund will be processed
9. Service Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refund will be provided for the current billing period
- Access to the service will be immediately revoked
- You may appeal the termination by contacting support
10. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Technical issues preventing service usage
- Billing errors on our part
- Duplicate charges
Please contact our support team, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
